ItineraryWala, developed by ItineraryWala, lets you permanently delete your account and associated data either inside the Android app or by sending us a verified request.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to the ItineraryWala app.
- Open Profile, then tap the Settings gear.
- Scroll to and tap Delete account.
- Review the warning and tap Delete permanently.
The authenticated in-app request starts immediately. The operation is safe to retry if your connection is interrupted.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the Google email address connected to your ItineraryWala account. Use the subject “ItineraryWala account deletion” so we can locate and verify the request.
We will verify and process email requests within 30 days. We may ask for limited additional information if the sending address does not match the account.
Data that is deleted
- Your account profile, including your account identifier, name, email address, profile image reference, bio, and preferences
- Saved itineraries, favorites, reviews, feedback, and notification preferences
- Push-notification tokens and pending planner requests
- Itineraries you created and account-scoped data stored on your device
Data that may be retained
We may retain the minimum information required to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce agreements, only for the period required for that purpose. Aggregated or de-identified analytics that can no longer identify you may remain.
Deleting your ItineraryWala account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription or delete purchase records controlled by Google. Manage or cancel subscriptions separately in your Google Play account.
